By using NederStart, a product of Henrique Digital Solutions, you agree to these terms.
1. Using NederStart
NederStart is an online platform for learning Dutch. You agree to use it for personal, lawful learning purposes and to keep your account credentials secure.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
3. Content & certificates
Learning content is provided for educational purposes. Pronunciation aids are approximations to support beginners and are not a substitute for native Dutch. Certificates recognise progress on our platform and are not official government or CEFR qualifications.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans are shown for preview. Billing is not yet enabled. When billing becomes available, applicable terms and prices will be presented before any charge.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
